The most successful Customer Education practitioners in the long run will be the ones who find smart ways to automate repetitive tasks and accelerate everyday processes with AI.

The challenge is: how do you identify the right workflows to improve with AI, or build your own solution?

During **AI Office Hours**, Customer Education teams worked directly with Zapier’s Automation Specialist **Eric Mistry** and CloudShare’s **Jon Syu** to tackle this challenge, based on the routine tasks and processes identified in our pre-webinar survey and the questions brought to the workshop.

**Who Should Watch**: Customer Education Directors and Managers, Chief Learning Officers, Learning & Development Professionals, Training Managers and team members, and anyone responsible for customer onboarding, training, and enablement
